Here at Epitome Studio Architects, we strive towards creating and promoting sustainable architecture, in an endeavour to create lasting buildings for our future generations to come.
A young and energy driven architecture firm, dedicated to provide the epitome of service for each and every client. We realize that every project hosts its own unique challenges, and we strive to handle these with extreme professionalism, ethics and honesty, while working personally with every individual client.

ESA is a Gauteng based architecture firm, doing work all over South Africa. We specialize in all types of Residential properties, Community facilities as well as Industrial warehousing. We are registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession

Stages of Work

The following is our standard procedure:

  • Stage 1: Inception (Consultation)
  • Stage 2: Concept Design
  • Stage 3: Design Development
  • Stage 4: Documentation & Procurement (Council & construction documents)
  • Stage 5: Construction phase consultations
  • Stage 6: Project close-out & hand-over


For anything less/more than our standard service, provisions can be made to accommodate the needs of every project.

Additional Services

Including but not limited to:

  • Special design services (Cupboards, kitchens, Furniture, etc)
  • Landscape design or layouts
  • Promotional material & artwork
  • Graphic designing (Logos, business cards, etc)
